this IaC space offers options including:

from what i can tell, for our purposes Terraform should probably do, if only for how well-tested it should be.

this could integrate with e.g.:

kubernetes
- openstack kubespray
forgejo
woodpecker
hosts:
- transip
- digitalocean
- greenhost (wip) obv greenhost's soort-van API compatibility met digitalocean (endpoints: account keys, DNS records, droplets, ~~droplet actions~~, regions, images)
- hetzner
  - robot
  - dns

nix:
- terraform-nixos is een terraform provider om nix te deployen (zie er nog niet zoeen voor guix)
- terranix is sugar over terraform -- vast onnodig?
